The Bureau of Early Intervention Services and Family Supports is pleased to announce the following training opportunity:

Building Strong Foundations for Early Transitions

Dates and Times:
- Friday, November 14, 2025; 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm
- Tuesday, January 13, 2026; 9:00 am - 11:00 am (repeat of November webinar)

This webinar is designed to support Early Intervention (EI) professionals as they guide families through the important transition from Infant Toddler EI to Preschool EI and/or the community. The session will provide a foundational overview of the transition process, including a review of federal and state regulations, EI announcements, timelines, roles, and responsibilities, as well as strategies and resources to ensure smooth and effective transitions for children and families. Participants will examine the components needed to develop individualized transition plans and reflect on local procedures for successful implementation.

Credits: Infant Toddler Training Hours, Act 48 Clock Hours

Target Audience: This foundational session is designed for EI professionals supporting infants and toddlers transitioning to preschool EI and/or the community.
