The Bureau of Early Intervention Services and Family Supports is pleased to announce the following training opportunity:

Leadership Essential: Change and Adaptive Leadership

- May 15, 2026, 9:00 am - 10:00 am (repeat of May 11 webinar)

This session provides an overview of the types of change that leaders in Early Intervention commonly encounter, with a focus on how adaptive leadership can serve as an effective response to change. Participants will explore how various challenges align with the principles of adaptive leadership. Through interactive learning and reflection, participants will learn six practical strategies they can use to address complex or recurring challenges within their programs. By the end of the session, leaders will be better equipped to navigate change, support their teams, and strengthen program effectiveness using adaptive leadership practices.

Credits: Infant Toddler Training Hours, Act 48 Clock Hours

Target Audience: This session is designed for anyone in a leadership position and/or who is responsible for managing teams or individuals in Early Intervention, Home Visiting or Family Leadership.
