The Bureau of Early Intervention Services and Family Supports is pleased to announce the following training opportunity:
The 5 R’s of Healthy Brain Development: Respect
Dates and Times:

- October 16, 2026, 8:30 am - 10:00 am (repeat of October 13 webinar)
Respect is more than a value—it’s a critical building block for healthy brain development in young children. In this session, based on The Growing Brain: From Birth to 5 Years Old curriculum, we’ll explore how respect shapes a child’s sense of security, self-worth, and ability to form positive relationships. Participants will learn practical strategies for fostering respect in everyday interactions with infants, toddlers, and preschool children including how to honor their individuality, respond to their cues, and create environments that support emotional and cognitive growth.
Please Note: This is the third webinar in the series of the 5R’s of Healthy Brain Development. All sessions are available for registration on the PaTTAN Training Calendar and PD Registry. Attendees may register for one or all sessions.
