The 5 R's of Healthy Brain Development: Routines

Dates and Times:
-
Wednesday, March 18, 2026, 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm
- Thursday, March 19, 2026, 8:30 am - 10:00 am (repeat of March 18 webinar)

Routines are the predictable sequences of events that happen every day in the same way. For young children, they are powerful tools for building a strong foundation for healthy brain development. In this session, based on The Growing Brain: From Birth to 5 Years Old curriculum, we’ll explore why routines matter and how they support cognitive, social-emotional, and self-regulation skills during the critical early years.
